I’m Kai Rodriguez, a self-taught web designer focused on building clean, professional, and functional websites for smaller businesses in the Kansas City Community.

My approach is simple: great design, fast load times, and layouts that make sense. No fluff, no complicated code. Just sites that work.

Right now, I’m building my portfolio by working with smaller businesses and perfecting my style with real world applications. Whether it’s a brand-new site, or just a redesign, each build is a chance to learn and deliver service and skills better than the last.

How long does a website take?

It depends on the package. Basic sites take around 3–5 days. Intermediate projects take 7–10 days. Advanced builds can take up to 2–3 weeks.
Clear communication and having your content ready will make things move faster.

Do I need to have everything ready before we start?

Nope — but it helps!
You’ll be guided on what’s needed (like images, branding, and copy). If you don’t have it yet, content support is included in intermediate and advanced packages.

What if I don’t have a domain yet?

No problem.
Domain setup is included with every package. If you need help choosing or purchasing one, it’s part of the process.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes.
Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time by emailing us at: webuildco.team@gmail.com

Can you update my site after it’s launched?

Yes.
All packages include some post-launch support. After that, maintenance or changes can be done for a flat hourly rate or as part of a custom care plan.

What platform do you use?

All sites are built on Squarespace and Canva — perfect for clean design, mobile responsiveness, and easy client edits. If you’re new to the platform, walkthroughs are available.
